Q1. What format are the e-books in?
All QuikReads e-books are in PDF format, which can be read on any device — smartphone, tablet, laptop, or e-reader — without any special software.
Q2. How do I receive my e-book after purchase?
As soon as your payment is confirmed, a download link will be sent to your registered email address. This usually happens within a few minutes. Please also check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see it in your inbox.
Q3. Can I read the e-book offline?
Yes! Once you've downloaded the PDF, you can read it offline at any time — no internet connection needed.
Q4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), and net banking. All transactions are secured and processed through a trusted Indian payment gateway.
Q5. Is my payment information safe?
Absolutely. QuikReads does not store your card or payment details. All payment processing is handled by our payment gateway partner, which is fully PCI-DSS compliant.
Q6. Can I share my e-book with others?
Your purchase is for personal use only. Sharing, redistributing, or reselling the e-book is not permitted under our terms of service.
Q7. What if I lose my downloaded file?
Don't worry! Log into your QuikReads account and visit your orders section to re-download your purchased e-books at any time.
Q8. Do you offer refunds?
Yes, under specific conditions. Please read our Refund Policy for full details. If your file is corrupted or you were charged in error, we will make it right.
